About Me
I strive to make therapy a space where you feel curious, welcome, and understood. My approach is honest, warm, and down-to-earth, rooted in acceptance and judgment-free support. Whether you’re navigating long-standing patterns or new challenges, my goal is to help you explore what’s happening beneath the surface in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
What I love most about this work is witnessing growth, clients feel lighter, more confident, and at ease over time. Some of the most meaningful moments are when someone tells me, “I was thinking about what you said…”, a reminder that therapy can resonate beyond the session and support real, lasting change.
My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned. Many people come in wanting to understand and change patterns that have felt hard to break. Together, we’ll explore the origins of those patterns, the needs they once met, and the new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned with who you are now.
I blend psychoeducation and exploration, often drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and schema therapy to help you understand how certain patterns develop and what keeps them in place. From there, we experiment with new perspectives and behaviors, guided by curiosity and compassion. I see myself as both a collaborator and a gentle challenger, someone who meets you with warmth while encouraging growth and accountability.
With teens, I take a relational, rapport-driven approach and often collaborate with parents to support change beyond the therapy room. Whether our focus is insight, behavioral change, or both, my goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and capable of meaningful, lasting change.
